Hi, I'm a passionate educator, consultant, and lifelong learner with over 17 years of experience in the field of education. My journey began in the classroom as a high school science teacher, where I spent five years nurturing student curiosity through biology and chemistry. From there, I transitioned into campus leadership as a Dean of Instruction for eight years, supporting teachers and driving academic success. For the past six years, I’ve served as a Director overseeing PEIMS and state reporting, ensuring data accuracy and compliance across the district.

I hold certifications as a superintendent, principal, and teacher (valid in Texas through 2027), and specialize in curriculum design, digital tools integration, and training educators on enrollment, attendance, and reporting procedures. Through my LLC, Career Launch Consulting Group (CLCG), I provide tailored consulting services that empower schools and educators to streamline systems and improve student outcomes.

Beyond my professional life, I’m a proud husband of 8 years and a father to three wonderful kids who keep life full of energy and purpose. My family is my "why," and they inspire me to keep growing, learning, and leading—both at home and in my career.
